Inbox Zero

Terms of use

Last updated October 16, 2026

Inbox Zero (inboxzero.wdaellenbach.com) is a private tool built and run by Willis Daellenbach for his own email. These terms cover its use.

Who can use it

Access is limited to Google accounts the operator has allowlisted. The app is not offered to the public, and there is no sign-up.

What it does

The app reads, labels, archives, and summarizes Gmail messages, and sends replies you write, as described on the home page and in the privacy policy. Any action that archives mail or sends email happens only through settings or buttons the account owner controls.

Your Google account

Using the app is subject to Google's own terms for your account. You can revoke the app's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

No warranty

The app is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Sorting and summaries are automated and can be wrong; important mail should be checked in Gmail directly. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for missed, mis-sorted, or archived mail, or for other losses from using the app.

Changes and availability

The app and these terms can change or stop at any time. The date above shows the latest version.
