Inbox Zero is a private triage tool for Willis Daellenbach's Gmail. It reads new mail, sorts it into what needs action, what's just for reading, and what can be cleared, and keeps Gmail labels in step so the same folders show up in any mail app.
Sign in with GooglePrivate app. Only its owner's Google accounts can sign in.
New messages are read and placed into types like Action Required, FYI, and Stale, with a priority based on urgency and importance.
Sorting is written back as Gmail labels, so every view here is also a folder in Gmail and in other mail apps such as Spark.
Read-only and stale mail gets a short summary, so it can be cleared in bulk without opening each message.
Reply inline from the dashboard, and turn real deadlines found in email into reminders.
